Student-members of “HELMEPA Cadets” visit Goulandris Natural History Museum
Last Wednesday 14 December, 28 students of Perachora High School, members of "HELMEPA Cadets", together with their teachers, attended the new educational program "Thalassa - Thalassa" at Goulandris Natural History Museum.
During their visit, students enjoyed a guided tour of the Museum and visited the Hydrobiology laboratory, where they experimented with the equipment and observed samples of aquatic plants in the microscope.
This educational activity was organized by HELMEPA as part of its "Educational Community and Public Awareness Campaign on the Marine Environment, Shipping and Sciences", which is supported by Lloyd's Register Foundation
Since November 2016, when they first visited the environmental Exhibition of the Campaign in Loutraki, the students of Perachora High School, as HELMEPA Cadets, have participated in many actions and have shown great interest in these topics.
